Tuesday afternoons for ages 7-14.
Session 2 begins October 26.
Session 2 will include new lessons for returning students, but it is still appropriate for the first-time student. I will cover classical painting concepts such as value, color theory, and composition. While new skills and materials are introduced and practiced, students are encouraged to choose their own subject matter and to complete projects at their own pace.
My classes are designed to teach specific skills and to give freedom of expression. I foster a warm, relaxed and supportive atmosphere in the studio, encouraging students to take risks and try new things.
